GoogleMyself and my partner had the absolute pleasure of working with Joseph Perrins from Sutton Coldfield, Connells. From the moment we met him at the first house viewing to the day we got the keys, he supported us through every step. As first time buyers this was important for us, to feel like we had the support we needed; No question was too much, no amount of phone calls or emails were too much. He has a nature about him that is extremely friendly and kind, as well as being a great communicator (face to face, over the phone and on email) and that’s exactly what we were looking for. 4 months and we had moved in, it was a dream come true (still is!!) One that wouldn’t have been possible without Joe there every step of the way. Thank you so much for everything Joe!

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Ashton from Connells, Sutton Coldfield. Having not managed to sell a luxury Apartment during the Pandemic and after changing Estate Agents for a second time, we were fortunate to secure a sale earlier this year. After 4 months the sales process seemed to be going nowhere, but once Ashton got on the case, we worked closely together and within a month got the exchange and completion over the line. What a result. Many thanks. Always phoning back, chasing Solicitors every day, following up with Us(Buyers) and Purchasers, translating conveyancing jargon, and keeping everything moving. Grest communicator, totally professional, great understanding of not only the Estate Agents role, but also the post Sales process from Sale to completion. Can highly recommend her.

GoogleDespite numerous attempts asking Jaydelle for photos of the property we were interested in we received nothing, not even a courtesy email which I would have expected at the very least. In addition, Jaydelle failed to mention that terrace access at the allegro properties which we are renting at is only available to those on the upper floors, as a result we were miss sold the property we are currently renting. Very poor and unprofessional.

GoogleWent for a viewing no one was there to greet me i waited ages. I called for them to say they was there... waited more none turned up. Rang when i got home to be told it was 15 min prior . I had it on text msg confirming . Very unprofessional would waste my time and money on them again. There loss!

GoogleIve had a poor time and given up on this company, not only did they not swift secure the plat i sent my £450 for (long gone now) but since requesting a refund on 11/03/2019 I still dont have my £450 back, very poor service, they seem like all sunshine and rainbow but unless you can move instantly dont bother with them

GoogleWhere shall I begin! Firstly by thanking Dev & Hannah from connells Sutton. From start to finish with my renting process these guys helped me, they were patient and understanding as I have anxiety problems. Being in my old house for over 12 years everything had changed and I was like a headless chicken, they were the only estate agent who actually took the time to listen to me. I think one day I called them about 10 times and not once did they make me feel bad for doing so. I would recommend them to everyone, infact I have done already.
