I have used Freeman Foreman (Heathfield) twice to find tenants for a detached house in the countryside. In both cases they found the tenants very quickly. They did a very good job of assessing the people and in both cases I ended up with great tenants who pay on time and are very little trouble. I like the fact that Freeman Foreman are very picky and ensure all the T's are crossed and the i's dotted.

Excellent letting service. Well followed-up and efficiently managed from local Heathfield office. Good personal contact. I have had the occasional difficulty communicating with Head Office re their policy of issuing statements only when cash is transferred. Statements should be sent to landlords every month to keep track of monies owing, bill outstanding etc. Head Office service is more impersonal.
