I have kept an excellent record as a tenant in my previous homes. My experience with Lauren and Binal at the Fox & Sons London Road Southampton was a very terrible one as both representatives kept lieing at every point. At some point I stopped taking verbal communication from them except through emails just to have a proof. They were unprofessional and dodgy in picking calls,so I started to call the sales unit to help put my call through to the lettings unit. Please avoid letting agents of the sort. To before warned is to before harmed.very unprofessional staff, very poor communication.

I would like to personally thank Danielle my mortgage broker for her amazing performance at fox and sons. She went well above what was required of her to make my transition work, which wasn't easy as the person buying my place chose to be difficult right up to the last day. By contrast she was the exact opposite, a breath of fresh air helping me to stay positive and even communicated for my solicitor to me souly so there was less work for my solicitor who was getting bogged down over an insane work load and went well beyond what was required of her as a mortgage broker If you want someone you can trust and improve your odds of crossing that finishing when it's your time, then I think you'd be a fool to believe you could do better than Danielle. We recently sold our home and purchased again and remortgaged through fox and sons Danielle organised the new mortgage for us. I highly recommend Danielle and Fox and Sons for their mortgage brokering. Danielle was professional, friendly, kind supportive and full of good advice, sorting us out the best deal available for our move. We had great communication for Danielle all through the process. It took all the stress away and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was set up for the solicitors ready for exchange, so transition was smooth. The initial fee is a one off and makes you a life time member so you can return to the service for remortgaging in the future as necessary. I cannot recommend this service and Danielle highly enough

Fox and Sons have been amazing so far in helping myself and my partner buy our first home together! Calum has been such a great help in booking in viewings and showing us around the property. He kept in contact the entire time, let me know what was going on and then greeted us with a huge welcoming smile at the property. No question was too hard and Calum gave us as much time as we wanted when looking around. Anything he didn’t know, he passed on and questions got answered quickly. Calum also recommend that we see Nick, their financial advisor, and booked us in the next day. Nick too has been amazing and I couldn’t recommend going and having a chat with him enough! Although we are still in the process of buying with them, Nick is making our journey so smooth and taking some of those first time buyer nerves away!
