GoogleThank you so much Fred for finding the buyer for my parents house! Both you and Jordon have kept me in the loop all the way through and talked me through the proceedures back and forth, with knowledge and humour. All of the staff, from Richard, who I signed on with at the start, who sat and carefully talked me through my options have been lovely to work with. Many thanks. You have been the best Estate agents Ive worked with ever! Would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleFred has been excellent helping us with viewing properties. We found a lovely house which is hopefully going through. Very nice patient guy Fred! It is also worth noting that we are selling through the Cubitt and West Crowborough branch and John, Marie and Charlotte have also been excellent helping us find a buyer - it's great they can all liaise closely with Fred (and Jordan) to help the process. We have had 2 other agents involved recently with various viewings and so on and they have been pretty useless by comparison. Certainly I would use Fred and his other colleagues if I were looking to buy/sell again.

GoogleI thoroughly recommend Cubitt & West - Uckfield branch. Rich & Jordan are fabulous. But i would like to give a massive shout out to Fred who not only gave me excellant professional advice but more importantly showed great empathy when I found it upsetting to sell a long standing family home. Fred rang me a couple of times just to check I was OK. In the past I have used other estate agents but never before received this level of care. Quite simply - THANK YOU

GoogleOn recommendation we switched to C&W Uckfield from our previous agent. Initially we dealt with David Knox who subsequently left to be replaced by John Furber. Throughout the selling process, John and his team worked hard to find a prospective purchaser despite a slowdown in the market. When our purchaser had been found, the whole process from introduction to completion was less than three months. Communication was maintained throughout by email, post and regular visits to their office. We found John and his team to be very professional, welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend C&W to friends and family.

GoogleHave nothing but praise for John and his team at Uckfield.Nothing was ever a problem, they kept us informed with everything that was going on all the time. All the team were very welcoming and friendly. Our agent(Veronica) helped and checked all our paperwork and even sent it to the solicitors for us, she kept us up to date as soon as she heard anything and advised us what to do to keep things moving to secure a quick exchange., From offer to moving out just over 5 weeks. GoogleI am currently buying a home with Cubitt and West and cannot recommend them enough!! The whole team are so friendly and always going above and beyond to help answer any of my questions. I met Jemma-Louise on a house viewing which wasn't quite for me, however she recommended another property which she thought ticked many of our boxes. 2 days later I viewed the house and decided it was 100% right for us. We are now in the process of purchasing our forever home! The team actually listen to what you are saying, they are so knowledgeable of the properties on their books and not at all pushy unlike other local estate agents. I highly recommend!

GoogleJust want to say a massive thank you to the cubitt&west team for giving me a genuine and honest valuation on my property. Starting with Charlotte aka the boss lol who was wonderful on the phone and spoke to me with respect and full of energy. And a personal thank you to Richard Escott who came to my home and was professional polite and treated me with the upmost respect. I didn’t get any pitch or speech about to sell he simply listened to me and which is very rare these days. Basically he was a salesman who didn’t sell me anything!!! GoogleFantastic service from all at Cubitt And West, nothing was too much trouble to sort out when things were going wrong with the solicitors, they kept going and never gave up. I am finally in my fabulous new home thanks to the persistence of the guys at Cubitt and West, especially Gary who has had to put up with my panicking and worrying when JS Laws computers went down, it was him getting answers when I couldn't. The manager John was excellent and helped immensely with communicating any issues to the vendor and legal representatives. Nothing was too much trouble and if I called and left a message they always replied and in summary he whole of the team was excellent.
