GoogleAfter living in our new home for a couple of months I felt I should write a review on the move. We received the information required to make our purchase straightforward knowing the details we required would be answered promptly and courteously particularly by John and any hiccups were quickly sorted. Cubitt and West are to be congratulated on the smooth purchase of our property

GoogleWe had a leaflet through the door to get a valuation so I booked an appointment, I then had another phone call as they could not read the written address ? , on the booked day I had a phone call to say the agent was ill and nobody free ? , i asked to re-book for a weekend but told fully booked, lady did not seem interested at all, i have taken a day off work to sort out different things and do not appreciate being let down. Why do a leaflet drop if you cannot cover the work ? The only positive review on here is by a Gemma Forster who actually works for the company ?

GoogleWe had a number of viewings of houses being sold by Cubitt & West's Uckfield Office. We found both Charlotte and James who showed us around on different occasions knowledgeable, charming and helpful.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
