GoogleUpon first meeting the team at Connells they were professional and obviously knowledgeable about the local area. Trying to sell a property during the pandemic was a challenge but Doug, Jonny and the team were marketing my property well and getting the viewing in. They kept in close contact and gave constructive feedback.
What should have been a 'quick' sale with no chain turned into a long 6 month process, through no fault of Connells. Doug, Tina and the team tried their best to keep things moving but the challanges were out of their control. At times a quicker response to emails or messages could have been given, even if it was an email to say 'sorry, nothing new to update'.
On the whole I was very pleased with the service I received from Connells and the recommendation of the solicitor from them. I would happily use their services again and recommend them to othersPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMe and my husband moved in to a flat under Connells estate agents ~6 months back. Whenever we had an issue - it was taken up and dealt with promptly by Jody Collins (on behalf of Connells). She has been very understanding and helpful.
After giving such a positive review, 6 months after, we are still waiting for our dishwasher sorted. That's too bad. To make things worse… they delivered a stand out dishwasher … its taking up most part of the kitchen space. its just been left there. Biju mailed several times about the old and new dishwasher(not at all appropriate of our kitchen) to the Connells and no action taken so far. My husband just gave up contacting them altogether , frustrated. Atleast, if the Connells can get the dishwasher delivered out of the apartment… that would be very helpful.

GoogleWe've recently had the pleasure of meeting Lesley, Richard and Rob from the lettings and sales teams at Connells. All interactions have been absolutely professional, friendly and honest. We don't have a fixed idea of whether to sell, let or stay put - so asked for their valuations and advice, which they gave without hesitation. They have not taken a "hard sell" approach, just normal and unpressurising. We received written confirmation of their appointment to visit, as well as information about how the house would be marketed - which felt organised and easy. GoogleJeremy rodericks who works at connells was my advisor when i was purchasing a property.he advised me to put £1000 a side for solicitors fees and advised me which solicitors to use.i followed his instructions and ended up having to pay out £2900 in fees off the back of his poor advice.have disputed this to jeremy and connells customer service and both expect me to just accept it and are not prepared to do anything even though i lost a lot of money because of the poor advice i was given.during the time of me having to pay out more money then expected i had jeremy often ringing me up trying to get me to sign up to a will,no doubt looking to line his own pockets with the commision he would most of probably recieved from it.have asked for an answer as to why this has happened but jeremy wont tell me directly,instead he expects me to take time off work and attend a meeting with himself and another connells employee all because he has not got in in him to explain directly to me on his own
