In spite of being on the buying side of a long chain, we were kept satisfied throughout by Ryan and Rhys who kept in touch with agents and solicitors, understanding the needs of all parties, and trying to bring everyone on the same page with their patience, communication skills, and understanding.
We want to explicitly congratulate Rhys for being able to cover for his colleagues on leave during a difficult time and still being able to bring the calm amidst the chaos, ensuring that the transaction is satisfactorily completed.
We definitely recommend Humphrey and Brand to both buyers and sellers given how well they understand all parties and represent them fairly with a very human approach and reasoning, and timely and prompt communication and post sales support. We were pleasantly surprised about how quick they were with removing the listing and property details from all platforms and taking away the sold sign outside the house and want to emphasize that it is such a level of commitment and care that sets them apart from the rest!
