I really appreciated the single point of contact with Humphrey and Brand during the course of the sale. It was what attracted me to the company rather than other local estate agents. It was incredibly easy to get in touch with Georgia throughout the process. She was reassuring and informative and empowered me to ask whatever questions I needed to which I really appreciated. We had a very frustrating sale and were under offer for nearly 6 months before we were able to complete which felt very disempowering. And sadly I had an incredibly poor experience with the removal agency they recommended. However, both of these were out of Humphrey and Brand's control and Georgia remained understanding, informative and supportive throughout which again, I really appreciated. Thank you! Brilliant experience with Humphrey and Brand when I was selling and purchasing through them. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, a lot of big firms and they've been varying shades of terrible, but not this time. My main interaction was with Andie (although Ryan and Rhys were also excellent) and she couldn't have been more helpful. She kept me frequently updated and helped to make the stress of moving much more bearable. It's very clear that they know the local area really well and put customer service to the fore. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future should I want to sell my property.

In a climate where the renting market is tough and properties are gone before you even request a booking, Humphrey and Brand are the opposite. I have had horrendous experiences with estate agents in the past and Humphrey and Brand surpassed our expectations. They try their very best to help you get the place you want and are on your side. They supported us step by step through the renting process and have always been happy to answer our questions. When we have had maintenance requests, they have been carried out within days.
