I have used Humphrey & Brand for over 10 years: they were managing agents for a property I was renting out. They were outstanding in terms of communication, and then problem solving. Would highly recommend. I then used them to sell the flat and they were excellent in that regard too. Particularly praiseworthy were Laura, who has always been outstanding, and Georgia, who took over responsibilities once the property went up for sale and a bid had been accepted. Georgia was absolutely excellent throughout. Would highly recommend both, along with the company as a whole.

A really great agency! Me and my friend have been their tenants for almost 3 years and have just rented another flat through them. Christina was assisting us with the flat search, and she was brilliant. Alice has organised all the paperwork for the new tenancy really quickly and kept us up to date with everything throughout the process. I am very pleased that we decided to go with Humphrey & Brand to sell our house. Not only did they sell it in just under 3 weeks, they also dealt with the whole process with professionalism, patience and friendliness. Ryan did a good job with the viewings and Andie was very good at ensuring the sale was progressing swiftly and all our questions were answered. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Normally I don't like agencies. Mostly they are greedy, want only money and you can't expect on professionalism, honor or helpful people. Humphrey and Brand is an exception. Being a tenant it is very important that an agency does not only represent the interests of the landlords. They work for making both part to be happy and this is the best policy, I guess. Amazingly helpful. I am a landlord and I had my property managed by another firm. The service I was getting was dire. Ridiculous quotes for minor repairs and missing vital servicing. I moved to Humphrey and Brand recently. I dealt with their Lettings manager Chrissie who I found to be very professional. I then dealt with Amanda, again friendly and helpful. I really cannot recommend this firm more highly. They seem to actually care about their clients.
