GoogleMy partner and I have been letting properties from Hamptons since 2020. We have had the most fantastic property manager, Tia Manger, who has always been so helpful and super quick to resolve any issues that we had in terms of the property. We have only had good experiences letting properties managed by Hamptons. They make it simple and easy to rent and are extremely accommodating to the needs of the tenant.

GoogleHad an interesting experience a year ago with this agency. Short story long, did a virtual tour, passed the checks, secured with deposit, only to discover the flat had serious mold issues 2 weeks before moving in. Good handling of the case and accountability from the agency to cancel and refund then, but the inconvenience up to that point was undoubtedly a weighting factor. Would give them another chance, cause of the staff.

GoogleI used Hamptons to rent out my place. Philip did a thorough job of outlining a fair rental value, marketed the property effectively to appropriate tenants, and delivered good tenants quickly. Throughout the process, Philip exceeded my expectations in making the process as hassle-free as possible. I have recently been introduced to Joe, the property manager. While it is early days he has already impressed me with his helpfulness and and willingness and ability to solve problems quickly. I would use them again.

GoogleWe chose Hamptons for our sale because of a previous positive experience with the lettings department in the same office, and the sales team did not disappoint. From the outset they were helpful, courteous and easy to deal with. We were able to have a frank discussion of the house value and we felt that price that they suggested was realistic without being over optimistic. We were kept very well informed of ongoing progress, messages were always promptly responded to and calls returned. Communication between the agents and solicitors was efficient and on several occasions saved us the trouble of making additional calls ourselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons for anyone considering a sale or letting.

Warm, knowledgeable and professional throughout, he delivered the highest standards of service from the viewing through to the subsequent price negotiations and offer and then made huge efforts to make sure the whole process stayed on track. His efforts on the day of exchange, when it looked very much like things might have gone wrong, we’re nothing short of Herculean! This has resulted in everything going through and very happy purchaser! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hamptons in general and Stuart in particular.

From the start Hamptons, and Stuart in particular, were helpful and professional, marketing our house very well despite unique quirks in the property. When our first offer fell through they promptly remarketed and found another buyer quickly. They chased all parties right through to completion. We thoroughly recommend.

Their responses to any issues at the property were quickly addressed and their online portal worked very efficiently.
