We have had the pleasure of working with Tia as our Property Manager at Hamptons for the past three years while living at Norfolk House, and we are delighted that she is now also managing our new home. Throughout this entire time, she has been consistently outstanding. Tia is incredibly polite, professional and genuinely attentive. She is always very responsive to any concerns or requests we raise, and she handles every issue promptly and efficiently. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and truly cares about ensuring tenants are comfortable and well supported. What really stands out is how organised and proactive she is. Whether it is arranging maintenance, following up on queries, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly, Tia manages everything exceptionally well and with a positive attitude. Having a property manager like Tia makes a huge difference to the overall renting experience. After having the property on & off the sales market, with another property agent, for the last 4 years and encountering many major obstacles during that time, such as the Corvid 19 lockdowns followed by spiralling interest rates (caused by Liz Truss’s disastrous time in office) we were getting pretty downhearted with our lack of success in selling the property. So, we decided, in May this year, to engage Hamptons as our preferred agent. This turned out to be a great move as we had, within the first month 4 viewings and 1 confirmed offer, which was immediately accepted, at almost the advertised price. Hayley, Ella and Sophie were the main contributors, all very professional, friendly and giving us good advice, when required. Many thanks to all at Hamptons you did a super job. Highly recommended.

Hayley, Saskia and Ella were a brilliant team who provided first class communication throughout the marketing and sale of our property. They took time to explain their strategy, knew the market, kept us fully informed and briefed, and guided us through from start to finish. They had good ideas and ensured our property had a steady stream of viewers in a challenging market. Overall, they took ownership and responsibility, were delightful to deal with and we always felt our property would sell. My review is of the Hamptons GODALMING team as that is the office I originally contacted. Everyone in the Godalming team were great throughout. Always helpful and supportive during what turned into quite a protracted and stressful sale. We got there in the end thanks to all the hard work put in by Ross. The only reason for only 4 stars is because I was so disappointed when the Godalming office closed and I could no longer pop in to see them.
