Moving from London meant we knew little about Kingswood as an area, but Zoe listened carefully to our purchase criteria and soon found us the perfect property. GoogleCannot recommend as they lack professionalism and integrity. We had an issue with our sale. Emailed them and they still haven't responded. They are also racist and treat people differently.
We totally refute we have not responded in any way and to your accusation of racism and treating people differently. Your Sale completed in March this year, we have responded to your wife’s previous review and nine months on, you have reposted your old reviews and this is now verging on bullying and defamation of character. It is clearly designed to show our company in a bad light. If this continues, we will have no option but to instruct our Solicitors to take legal action, to stop this inflammatory and blatant defamatory reviews regarding our services.

GoogleUnfortunately cannot recommend Fine and Country in Kingswood. They are unprofessional and very hard to get hold of. They made a very stressful process, even worse. They need to improve their customer service significantly.
Please acknowledge, this is a fake review and we have never dealt with this person, Google have been informed and are investigating......

Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.

GoogleAbsolutely appaling work from Fine and Country Surrey. After more than one month they are still unable to speak with the landlord so we are getting our deposit back. Avoid at all costs, this agency has no control over their clients and will not help you.

GoogleI wanted to share a really positive experience I have just had with the Fine and Country team at Kingswood. We bought and sold through them, during the COVID-19 pandemic and they made the whole process as smooth as it possibly could be. They have a team approach, where the whole team visit your house, so that anyone in the office can deal with any question about your property, which is a great idea. They were extremely polite, professional, responsive and proactive and were a pleasure to work with. They were all lovely, but we must reserve special praise for Simon, who was a star.
