GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Fine & Country in Kingswood and were so pleased with the value they added from the day of viewing, with follow-up questions, the offer process, and all the way through a difficult chain and completion. We dealt with Zoe and she went over and above to keep engaging with us and the whole chain and was constantly on the various solicitor's cases on completion day. Once they were able to release the keys Zoe even ran them down to us at a pub where we were calming our nerves!! The difference between Fine and Country and others in the area was obvious, even from a buyers perspective. They are a cut above the rest who we would wholeheartedly recommend and we'll certainly be reaching out to them should we ever sell in the future.

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of instructing Fine & Country Kingswood for our house sale. I cannot fault anything throughout the whole process. Ben’s valuation was spot on and Zoe and Ben quickly found us proceed-able buyers. With a relative long chain, Zoe was exemplary in holding the chain together and often took on the responsibilities of the other agents to make sure everything progressed whilst managing everyone’s expectations. Throughout the whole process, Zoe and Ben’s proactiveness and communication was very much appreciated by us and others in the chain. I would 100% recommend Fine and Country Kingswood as the go-to estate agents in the area.

GoogleAfter missing out on a number of houses we found our dream home. It is all thanks to Zoe & Ben that it became a reality! The purchase was not easy as sadly we had a year’s delay due to Probate. Through it all Zoe was exceptional at keeping us informed and made sure that everyone in our small chain stayed on board. F&C were supportive throughout the long and stressful delay, they have a great team who were always available to update us on the progress. We will definitely use F&C for any future moves.

We first bought the plot through them 16 years ago (Steve Brown bravo!) and they marketed and sold the house this year after going through the whole journey with us from planning, to building and the selling when we wanted to move for personal reasons all over 16 years! This was no ordinary sale and it took a lot of patience, diligence and tenacity where Zoe Cox excelled with her colleagues Nikki and initially Ben. They have been absolutely first class and professional, and also have a personal touch, so that I felt that my property was in excellent hands. GoogleDealing with the team at Fine & Country Kingswood for the purchase of a flat was easy and straightforward. We had a tight deadline and an international seller to make it more challenging. Carron stepped in for the last 2 weeks and really helped get us to completion which was getting delayed because of different legal points.

GoogleI recently bought a house through Fine & Country - it proved to be a difficult (if not hellish) process from start to finish and even post completion. However; Zoe Cox and the team at Fine & Country were absolutely outstanding throughout - on point with every last detail as things developed day by day, even minute by minute, hour by hour! Totally efficient and genuine approach sets Zoe and F&C aside from the usual 'estate agent' stuff that inherently has given the industry such a bad name. Thoroughly recommended and thx Zoe for such great and attentive service with my purchase! Will certainly be in touch when I sell or buy again!

GoogleZoe has been outstanding from the valuation to moving day and actually beyond! The entire team have been a dream to work with but Zoe just stands out as her diligence and professionalism is unparalleled (and we’ve moved quite a few times so have vast experience). She worked so hard to get our sale across the line and we couldn’t be more grateful. It was undeniably stressful during a slow market but these guys made sure we got the sale and got the right price. Other agents in the area (who we used) didn't have an ounce of proactivity in comparison.

What a diva! F&C operate a franchised company and so you are at the mercy of independents but lured by fancy advertising and excessive costs. And therein lies the issue, if the going gets tough….. Clara worked hard, no doubt, but when the going got tough, in a hissy fit, she incorrectly accused me of withholding pertinent facts, and she privately contacted my solicitor, which I found incredible seeing as she had sold an appartment a few doors down the month before! Very disappointed. Not to be recommended.

Ben, Zoe, Carron and the team are there when you need them and will suggest creative ideas to solve problems and accelerate the sales/rental process.
