Can’t recommend the team enough, from start to end they have made the process as smooth as possible. Beginning with Frank who was excellent from the viewing and following up with this, you would think he has been working in the industry for years (fantastic service). In addition the rest of the team has great communication throughout, Andy, Brooke and Juliana have gone out their way to make everything happen. If you are looking for a property, this is the place.

I had used cubitt and west couple of months ago to find my first house. The service that I received was outstanding from Nayim in particular. He had such a nice welcoming way about him. He set me up with a couple of viewings in the area. I had just started looking at that time so wanted to see what else is out there before making my mind up. He would always call me up and see how I'm doing. I had also seen his wonderul mortgage advisor Dan which was incredibly helpful. Overall I would reccomend everyone to use Cubitt & West when looking for their property.

I am not a client but recently bought a property through them.I used a solicitor they recommended called DC Law from Liverpool. They are the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. The provided shocking customer service and took 5.5 months to complete the transaction. Shame on C & W in recommending them and no doubt getting a kick back, given they know full well of the appalling service provided. So do NOT use DC Law under any circumstances!
