Absolutely shocking handling of the cladding situation. They have been saying they will carry out the necessary cladding works for over 2 years now and still have done nothing about it.This means it's impossible for me to sell my home, absolutely ridiculous.

We have recently purchased the property built by Crest Nicholson at Lancaster Grange Development and the service we have received has been amazing from start to finish. The property has been finished to a very high standard and the small amount of snagging that was required was dealt with very promptly. I would happily recommend Crest Nicholson properties to anyone.

Great customer service ,very nice and high quality building ,we had a long way to move to our new built house from Crest Nicholson in Bristol ,only one point down because the plan on the website did not match the two plans of the semi-detached houses and we find out late !

The service provided by the sales team and the builders' team was exceptional. they supported us throughout the process and the house they built was near perfect with minor issues which they happily sorted out. They also promised to have another look in 6 months time for final touchups. A stressful process was made easy by them.
