GoogleRonneil went extreme if I must confess just to ensure that i get settled in. He is never tired of my calls, chats, mails even outside working hours. I must confess, the coy had employed the best hand to handle the top notch services. Gareth Witter was never left out too in making sure we even as a new migrant, we are safe with Barnard Marcus in getting a genuine yet comfortable and budgeted accommodation for a family of four.

GoogleHi... I rented a property in whitstable through Bernad Marcus. It was really a good experience for me and my friend. Especially Ronneil is my agent he helped us a lot from the beginning. Being a new comer in UK he cleared all our doubts and also I cannot forget Gareth witter he also helped us doing our paper work.. Really professionals no words to say. GoogleBarnard Marcus were professional and helpful at all stages in selling our property in the most volatile market for some time. Natasha gave us an accurate and timely valuation, the excellent sales literature and photographs made the most of the property’s attributes and prompted numerous viewings which were smoothly handled resulting in immediate offers. Jill kept the buyer on side until completion. You need a fully professional team to help sell a property today and that is Barnard Marcus.

He was helpful, efficient and responsive resulting in us scheduling a viewing, submitting an application and having application confirmed within the same day and moving within a week of viewing. GoogleThis is the worst agency we ever dealt with. I could go on and on about how unprofessional and unresponsive these people are. They ignore your requests/ emails and phone calls. My experience is on the lettings side. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. Incompetent to a level that is almost unbelievable. And on top of their incompetence is Anton Harvey - branch manager. Avoid at all costs, 1 month later and still have no deposit back!!

GoogleI found all the staff at Barnard Marcus extremely friendly, helpful and professional. This is true also of the Progress Team and the solicitors I was appointed. Everyone did a great job and I am extremely grateful to them all. I am a woman on my own without a clue about how you move house and not very HiTech, but they made my experience of moving stress free because they were so supportive and always able and ready to assist! I would certainly recommend them to others (already have, actually!) Thanks to you all again. I am extremely grateful!

GoogleThese agents will always push the buyer using their own mortgage broker . They will use the offers process to enable their selected buyers (using their mortgage broker) to make the highest offer. They will not then allow the other bidder to come back with a higher offer they will say the property has sold. Their priority is commission from the mortgage broking side of the business. They won't allow buyers to make an offer unless they have been through a financial assesment with their mortgage broker which is basically a pressure selling session. Do not sell with these agents they cannot be trusted. STAY AWAY

GoogleAvoid these agents. They’ve been sitting on my tenants’ money for months, making excuse after excuse with zero clear communication. When they finally sent a transfer, they managed to send it to the wrong account, and weeks later my tenants still don’t have their money. Totally mismanaged company, plenty of better agents out there. My next step is to take this up with the governing bodies. Steer clear.
