After dealing with many different agencies, I can confidently say this was the best experience I had with Bairstow Eves in Purley. William was incredibly helpful from day one and made finding a property much easier than I expected. Moving into a new property can be stressful, but William made the whole process very smooth for us. From the first viewing until the final paperwork, he was there to guide us and explain everything clearly. What impressed me the most was how responsive and reliable he was. We have recently purchased some land with Bairstow Eves and have been very happy with their service. We had some issues at the start of the process with solicitors not being as prompt as would be expected but Samantha and Callum were super attentive and managed the continual communications between all parties to make sure it was successfully pushed through in a timely manner! You don't often see this kind of service with agents who actually care much nowadays, so we have been pleasantly surprised. We cannot wait to do more business with them in the future! Thank you!

Poor quality viewings and service

The Clapham branch sales negotiator was late for the viewing and didn’t ask anyone from the office to notify us (15 minutes late). He had also double booked the appointment, the entire booking was a bit of a disorganised mess. There was a fair bit he wasn’t aware of and generally wasn’t that helpful. The specifications I gave weren’t followed in the viewings. I was ignored when asked if I wanted a broker and my contact information was shared when I had asked for it not to.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, they come across very professional when they value the house, but once its on the market the staff are unhelpful and take days to answer emails. The details were incorrect online as it was put live without us agreeing the details, the pictures were awful and the one thing we did make them change. There has been no effort to sell the house, only having one viewer in two months. Only to find out that the contract is for 4 months too, devastated. Stay away from this company.

I have just bought a flat through Bairstow Eves. Richard took me to see it, and another one. He has a very pleasant manner and was accommodating when I wished to see it again. Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.
