A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

GoogleDO NOT USE.... Chancellors valued my property way higher than it is worth to win business. Do not fall for the same mistake I did... they have lots of market presence but notice that 95% are for sale and not sold. They tie you in to a long sole agency contract and just ask you to reduce.. sometimes twice in the space of one week!!! My property was on the market in June and they have not had one viewing. When out of contract, they tried to claim if I go with another agent, be sure of who their introduced buyers are. By 'Introduced', they classify this as someone spoken to about your property and not necessarily actually been out to view. Based on this I was expecting at least 100 people being in the profession myself. When withdrawn the list of 'spoken to / emailed to' buyers was no more than 30. They claim to be a good agent and use neighboring offices to play to their advantage however clearly this had not been done due to the few people spoken to despite being on market for 3 months. Leads were missed and or not called until the next day. Not a proactive agent and only interested in the money-earners. Anyone with a 1/2 bedroom - AVOID AVOID AVOID.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My interactions during my search for a house with Hannah have been so wonderful, and one that needs recognition. Despite the negatives I got from friends regarding how less helpful the chancellor would be for me to find a house, was proven wrong through her and other team members i come across when I visited the office. She was professional and supportive all the way, until a house was found. I am so grateful to the institution and her. God be with you all as you continue supporting the community. GoogleMight just be the Saturday staff but we showed up for our first viewing expecting to meet one of the staff. There was no one there so the owner stsrtst to show us around and when an agent showed up it happened to just be by coincidence and that he wasn't avtiactu supposed to be there. It felt very strange. He hardly said a word to us or what his name was. We were then sent off for our second viewing with them where he said his colleague was going to meet us. This guy was clearly hungover and smelt slightly like alcohol and could not be less bothered about showing us the property. And we were supposed to have three viewings with this guy. At the last place we just said we wanted to skip it since we felt that the houses they showed us was not at all what we wanted (we had only shown interest in the first property, the other three were chosen by the estate agent). I have never in my whole life seen anyone getting into his car and leaving as quickly as that guy. He clearly was very happy he didn't have to show us the last property since he failed to tell the owner we weren't going to see it. Safe to say, if a property is for sale by chancellors I will most likely not show interested in it (I've viewed properties with other chancellors offices and had similar experiences) and I would definitely not sell my property with them since they do not send the good sales people out.....

GoogleAfter months of searching I saw a property on Rightmove. I messaged regarding a viewing and got a call the next morning. When viewing with agent Georgina she was knowledgeable of the property and locality, we didnt feel pressured and was able to view the property at ease. Georgina made the who process of putting in a offer easy and we felt really comfortable buying our first home. Many Thanks Paul :)

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I honestly would. AVOID AVOID AVOID! THEY SCAM YOU! They tell you things you want to hear and do not deliver! What happened to no sale no fee? It’s been 2 years since we put our place on the market. They told us if they could not sell they would not charge us. Now they are sending us threats of legal action if the invoice is not paid. Super incompetent and do not know what they are doing. Do not buy or sell through them! Run as far as you can otherwise you might get stung with their scam next!
