GoogleBEWARE of their absolutely ludicrous contracts when selling, we were first time sellers have been trapped in for the last 6 months with a hidden extra 28 days bonus. - A bad experience from start to finish ranging from bookings continually not showing up, to the estate agents bringing the wrong keys and unable to even get in. Amateur at best and a steep learning curve.

GoogleQuite literally the worst estate agent I have dealt with, properties advertised are not for sale, trying to book a viewing is near on impossible, no one ever calls you back. I give up on Chancellors and will buy a property through another estate agent

GoogleDisgusting creatures, fake smiles and lies, first time sellers, chancellors have tried to trap us with a sole selling rights contract. When I attempted to amend the contact within my 14 day cooling off period I was purposely ignored. Over valued the house and wasted every appointment they made. Absolute amateurs, deceitful horrible humans.

GoogleHolly and Scott (Mortgage Advisor) have made my home purchase such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend either of them to anyone looking to buy in the area. Thank you both so much! Nothing was ever too much trouble. I didn't take Holly's advice to use Chancellors in-house/recommended solicitors and regret this - please use them if you are able to (despite being a little more expensive you will not be disappointed and the service will be second to none).

GoogleI sold my house in Lightwater 4 years ago and have just sold my mother's house, both through Chancellors and would never consider using anyone else. They are efficient, trustworthy, and keep you up to date throughout the whole process. Holly and Ben are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are selling your property. They have made the experience far less stressful for me which is always a bonus when selling a house! Try them first, you won't be disappointed!
