Fantastic service from Keith, Marcus and Pascal in selling our house. Even lockdown didn't interrupt their efforts to make the process successful and as stress free as possible. A hardworking, professional and friendly team who helped us all the way. We cannot praise them enough for the support and advice they gave us.

So far we've had a great experience with Your Move Surbiton. Everyone we've dealt with have been very professional, prompt to reply to questions posed before we moved in and provided clear explanations, when we weren't sure about anything. It has been a pleasure dealing with them so far!

Finding a new property to rent can be super stressful, but Lucy at Your Move made the process hassle free from start to end! She is both professional, friendly and genuine, which isn't always the case with letting agents. Could not recommend her more!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Highly Recommended. We sold our property and had an onward purchase collapse then found a second and finally after 9 months or more of wrangling finally completed. Throughout Henny (Mortgage advisor) and the rest of the Your move team worked diligently for us more than fulfilling their brief. Excellent service.

We had a viewings with Lucy and she never show up . She had called me today to change my Viewing which was originally at 11am and the excuse that they didn't have the keys she changed it for 5:45 pm. All this behavior is unprofessional.

The experience was horrible. I would never deal with Surbiton again. Two of the staff members were extremely rude and attempted to keep my holding deposit after they said I could not move into the property. This is against the law on the Citizens Advice Bureau Information.

Excellent service from Pascal and Henny... The usual estate agent feel is not what you get with this guy. He's a really nice person who explains everything, is honest, forthright and efficient. He fought to get me the place I wanted at the right price. 5 stars

This is the worst estate I ever dealt with. They took £200 I deposited to check the property. They refused to give me back my money. They are thieves.NegativeProfessionalism

Some of the staff members are quite rude, they're only interested in taking your money, after that, they don't want to have anything to do with you. Quite unprofessional. Takes ages to get a reply by email.
