Great service - can't recommend too highly.

To say that Rob, the MD, goes above and beyond is an understatement! This company is unlike any firm of Estate Agents I have come across. They are young, keen and most of all are using social media and films using drones to sell your house. 100% hardworking, dedicated staff who sold my house after other local established agents had failed to do so. I have recommended them already. They are also really super people to have around in your home and really inspire confidence.

For a long time I thought I'd sell my property through a "sell it yourself" website, but when we met Billy he asked us whether we thought a professional Estate Agent would be able to sell the house for more than the what we'd save with Purple Bricks. His professional demeanour without the usual sales patter reassured us, and we were very happy when viewings quickly started pooring in. We sold the property in 7 days, and the rest of the team at Laurels, Rob and Ben, helped at every step of the way. For anyone on the fence about purple bricks, Laurels is a great middle ground. You don't pay the same fees that you would expect to pay for a high street estate agent, but you still get the support and benefit of experienced professionals.

Fantastic team - very impressed & will use again

Laurels (Liam and Rob) were incredible. It is not often you can say that you get more than you pay for, but these guys over-delivered. The positives: - Very clear communication and managing of expectations during the whole sales process - Customer focus - They are not a large chain where you are just one of many "potential commissions", they put a significant amount of time and effort (we had many calls and emails on their weekends and holidays) - Extremely proactive, they chased multiple parts of our chain and were constantly following up - Great hand holders - there were a number of points of panic on our part and they were always ready to give advice and make sure we were happy The negatives: -They are both serious salesmen - which might put some people off, but don't let that stop you using them, that's exactly what you need when selling your property. Perfect service from start to finish

Having just moved into my new home bought through Laurels I couldn't be happier. From start to finish as a purchaser I was kept up to date, queries answered on the occasions solicitors couldn't get hold of each other Laurels stepped in and made the process much quicker and smoother. I cannot speak for them as a vendor but as a purchaser I would not hesitate to recommend them and would recommend all prospective purchasers join their books as they made the process so quick and easy - much more than I have experiences with other agents.

So grateful for all the support

We bought our house through Laurels and was a pleasure to do so. Made the process really easy, did chasing of solicitors all the way up the chain even though it wasn't their job. Always kept us completely up to date & helped with things we were unsure of which was a lot! Was firm and to the point when needed with solicitors, which helped to keep our stress levels to a minimum. Would definitely use in the future!!
