Attentive and effective tenant finding
Jack Merchant was able to step in and rapidly secure us suitable tenants after other agencies had failed to do so. Jack brings a very dedicated approach to finding tenants and is excellent in liaising and negotiating between parties to arrive at an agreement. Regular updates and communications from Jack kept us fully aware at each step of the process and he listened to and addressed any concerns we had. Refreshingly even the money aspects were settled up far more promptly than our experience with other agents. Totally professional is my overall impression. Thanks Jack.
