Namely Willis Okyere who went well beyond what was expected even meeting and showing us properties on a bank holiday as this was most convenient for us. During the buying process there was a few stumbling blocks and on these occasions Chloe was brilliant at helping sort the issues. I would recommend as a first time buyer purchasing a new build.

GoogleAn awful experience. One of many dreadful elements to it was after having a board removed they decided to re-put up a board proudly professing they’d sold the house we have now bought (they did their level best to make it fall through - with us being the people that would have pulled out). In doing so they’ve caused damage to the brand new fence - stripping the paint, chipping the metal work and leaving white paint on what is left. No apology - only aggression, ignorance and intimidation. Dexters asked us for a 5 star review which is presumably why they have so many. As a high volume agent it’s not too difficult for them to have generated enough brown stuff to stick. Do not use this company. Photos attached as proof.
