Lovely accommodation, even lovelier staff. In close proximity to city centre, as well as a 2-minute walk away from Puregym, McDonalds, Lidl and Tesco, the location is ideal for any university student. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, the security on site is great and the free car park is an amazing bonus. Not only is this the best (but also cheapest) accommodation I have stayed in, but the reception staff, Lisa and Billy, make the place what it is: welcoming, cheery and warm. Xenia Students really is a home!

Absolutely the best student accommodation in Sunderland!!! The studio rooms are so modern and spacious and the bathroom is the perfect size. The only thing I didn’t get to use was the on-site gym due to covid. I wish I had found this accommodation earlier as i spent my final year here. Can’t forget how friendly the staff are. This made my experience in Sunderland 100% better. Definitely would recommend ☺️

Absolutely love living here! Perfect location close to the shops, with a big Tesco, B&M, McDonald's a gym within a couple mins walking! The staff are faultless and couldn't do more to help, making life as easy as it gets. All maintenance is dealt with very quickly and nothing is ever too big of an ask! The room is very nice and plenty big for the price!

Been living here for my second year of university and it's honestly been a delight, the staff are really friendly and the accommodation itself is so conveniently placed next to Tesco, Lidl, the pure gym as well as many other stores but most importantly it's only 5 minutes away from St peters campus! So good that I've already booked myself in for another year.

Don't let Xenia take your money

Xenia promised to call me and give me a virtual viewing for a studio for the past week. I didn't get any calls and they want me to pay a holding deposit before even seeing where i will be staying which is absolutely crazy. Do not even come close to them.

So glad I chose to come here. It's right next to Tesco, B&M, Poundland and other shops. The metro is also just next door. It's easily accessible. Close to Uni, which ever campus you're on! Staff are so kind and helpful, and really helpful if you ever need anything. :)
