GoogleThis is the first time I’ve ever sold a property, so I naturally had plenty of questions throughout the process. Sarah, Ruth and Elisha have all been fantastic from the start, Sorry if I’ve missed anyone else. They’ve been patient, approachable and always happy to explain things clearly, which has made the whole process feel much less daunting. The presentation and marketing of the property has been excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into showing the house at its best. Most importantly, the team have given me real confidence that they understand the property, the local market and the importance of finding the right buyer rather than simply rushing the process. A really professional and reassuring service so far. I’m very pleased I chose Peter Heron and would happily recommend the team.

GoogleAfter having a nightmare of an experience with a national letting agency, I discovered that paying the cheapest fee wasn’t worth the cost when it resulted in months of vacancy on a newly refurbished three-bedroom property in a great area. I decided to move to a highly rated local agent, Peter Heron, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the decision. From my first meeting with Victoria in the Lettings Department, I immediately felt reassured that my property was in good hands. The pricing was also very competitive, particularly given the level of service and personal attention I have received. Communication has been excellent throughout. Emails are answered the same day, phone calls are either picked up or returned promptly, and, most importantly, I actually felt that they cared about getting the right result for me as a landlord. They secured a great tenant and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The professionalism, communication and personal service from Peter Heron have been outstanding. After my previous experience, the difference has been night and day. I would highly recommend Peter Heron to other landlords, and I will be using them for all of my future properties in Sunderland. Five-star service from a genuinely excellent local lettings team. Thanks guys.
