I had a really good experience with Pattinson's in gosforth. They were very helpful throughout the process of moving and were able to find all the answers to my questions. They also managed to organise for me to be called by the tenant shop for me to organise my bills.

Was brilliant until the after sales. Do not use the recommended solicitor. The recommended solicitor is very poor customer service.

Welcoming, professional alert to what my requirements were. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Helen the office manager was a pleasure to deal with and speak with Nice change not just to be rerouted to a website and speak with real people who want to understand and help. 5 Stars all the way

Excellent! 7 stars for Wallsend BranchI'm very grateful to Alia and Calulum. Callum brought a client to view the house at 8.30 a.m.: they have both gone beyond what would be usual in terms of the effort they put in, and I am very impressed.I'm grateful for their beautiful minds.I trust them and recommend them.Ying Holton

GoogleVery professional estate agents with excellent local knowledge. Very helpful team at the Sunderland officers especially. I have had dealings with Richard regarding an auction property with an excellent outcome and the very helpful Jessica who is always quick to respond to any of my enquiries and make the deal possible. I would deafly recommend the Sunderland team.

TrustpilotUnhelpful and rude employees
Have been contacting this company for repairs for a month now and they keep sending people to look at the property but not doing any repairs. The customer service are rude and just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible.

TrustpilotPattinson North Shields Adam Stewart
I have dealt extensively with Adam Stewart from Pattinson North Shields, and in spite of my numerous demands on both his time and patience, Mr Stewart has at all times behaved himself with the utmost decorum and professionalism. He is a pleasure to deal with and a credit to his agency; highly recommended.
