They use partner agents to sell for them and then don’t pay them their commissions. Also known as the false inducement of labour.
As stated before, we do not recognise the name Tina Barton and believe this maybe an alias. However, if you wish to contact our team directly, please do contact us at reviews@pattinson.co.uk. We have previously requested you to get in touch, without contact with us we are unable to resolve this issue.

Lucy was incredibly helpful from start to finish of purchasing my house. Lynn from the Washington branch was also very helpful when I didn’t realise that Lucy had moved branches, so I effectively had 2 different members of staff looking out for me by the end! Thank you Pattinson, Lucy & Lynn :)

TrustpilotGreat service and team
In the recent sale of my house, I have been really impressed with the service and professionalism of Pattinsons Whickham branch. In particular the help and support of Lyndsay and Jodi throughout the challenging circumstances was greatly appreciated.I would highly recommend Pattinsons and will certainly use the branch again.

Pattinson estate agents still keep emailing me despite me requesting that they remove me from all of their databases due to extremely poor service. Don’t their staff know what GDPR regulations are.
Hi Thomas. Can you provide us with some more information, like the property address or contact number you registered with us? Kindly share information with gdpr@pattinson.co.uk so we can investigate further.

TrustpilotFantastic service!
Fantastic service from Keith Pattinson estate agents in Whickham. We had been let down by other estate agents in the past and they were the fourth company we had used. We were beginning to lose hope. After signing up with them, they managed to sell our house within two months. We now couldn’t be happier in our new home. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

TrustpilotPattinson Estate Agents genuine 5*
Having met with and used other estate agents in the Tyne and Wear area, I can genuinely say that Pattinson's are second to none. They provide a service which I can only describe as excellent. I have been very impressed with the whole team at Pattinson's, but especially the Bedlington branch, who I currently deal with. They have literally went above and beyond in order to help me. No matter what issue arose, I was made to feel that nothing was too much. They have been professional, great with communication and very easy to deal with. Genuine 5*

TrustpilotTotal Unprofessional Estate Agents
Arranged a viewing for 23 Elsing Close, only for a Pattinson representative to call me back asking to change it as they had double booked. They arranged the appointment for 2 days later. We arrived for our appointment 5 mins early and sat in the car as there was already another person viewing the property we waited for them to leave and as they did we observed another couple pull up and proceed to get out of the car and go into the property. I then walked to the door, at our precise alloted time, only to have a Pattinson representative ask if we could wait 5 minutes as there was already someone in there viewing the property. ??? NO, I told her we were not willing to wait again, as our original appointment was for 2 days earlier. How unprofessional are these people. Then, later that afternoon I received a text asking how our viewing went and would we please give our feedback. I called to give my feedback verbally and convey my total distane at their lack of professionalism. I then clicked on the link to post my review but I couldn't as it kept saying I had already completed the survey, even though I had not !!!!!. What a crock. We have a property to sell however, Pattinson Estate Agent will definitely not be handling our sale and I will certainly be spreading the word.
