Poor, you don't double check an agent by phoning and checking everything is ok then spend hundreds of pounds on a hotel in full,for them to tell you 10 minutes later circumstances have changed.. "no what you mean is you and your team don't speak which has now become my problem and its off the market..." NO PROBLEM IM £300 IN THE RED DUE TO YOUR DISORGANISATION......

We recently used Pattinson agents in Whickham for our house sale. Lyndsey has been amazing helping is to secure our purchase also. The staff kept in touch and we always felt informed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this branch again as also fou d them good value for money in comparison to other agents.

Absolutely abysmal. No floor plan and then forgot to place the property onto the 3 biggest property websites. Then tried to turn it around by doing what we asked but if they did all the relevant things in the first place why would anybody need to leave a poor review

You would think its fairly easy to arrange viewings wouldn't you. Definitely not with these clowns. Tried to arrange 2 viewings this week. Total and complete amateurs.They adopt the approach of:"Why communicate in one email when we can do it with maximum confusion multiple emails and phone calls...."I've a good mind to write to the property owners to advise them as to what kind of sh/1t-shower they have engaged with.....

As a first time buyer, I was nervous to begin this process and had no idea how to start ect. Graham Nisbet from the Blyth branch and his lovely colleagues have been absolutely amazing during the whole process. Without Graham I probably would have been completely lost with understanding all of the steps of buying a property so I honestly can not thank him enough for all of his hard work!
