I have been using this agency to find a property. They have been very proactive in sending me properties within my price range and area specified. Also been quick acting when I have wanted to arrange a viewing. This is to Claire in particular, thank you for listening to my needs and acting in accordance. However all other staff I have interacted with have been just as friendly and professional. So even if I don’t end up finding my home with you, I thank you massively for the help and care so far.

Please be very carefull when renting your property via Pattinsons don’t use any of there contractors very over priced I paid £168 to have an electric check which I could have done by an independent company for £90 . energy efficiency rate was also double the price of independent company stay well clearMy advice don’t trust Pattinsons letting to give you the best deal shop around please save you a lot of money
Good Afternoon. The fixed wiring test is a legal requirement for renting your property out. You had the option of choosing your own contractor to undertake the fixed wiring test or requesting that we arrange the work - the option was entirely at your discretion. The cost of the test was made clear from the outset, which you agreed to and paid for upfront. Unfortunately, the contractor is unable to offer a refund once the work has been completed as requested.

Pattinsons are excellent at ensuring that all of the checks and documentation for a rental property is correct and completed in a timely fashion... it took a week from viewing the property to the checks being completed. The staff, particularly Eloise in the office, were amazing and helpful, kind and understanding, I cant praise them enough. Many thanks for everything.

Our dealings of selling a house with the Stockton-on-Tees branch was terrible,they omitted key details in the house description,they were informed of this,said they would update and didn't,the house went to auction with a realistic reserve(which was our bottom line),it didn't sell, so the auction house then sold it for 8k less(which was 18k less than the agent assured us it would make),we were not told this would happen when we signed up.IF you decide to use this company I would suggest always use email rather than phone so you have everything in black and white so they have no wiggle room,I would also suggest using a solicitor to check out their small print before signing up with them

Found the Bedlington office extremely professional and very pleasant to to business with. Have used them for rental and sales, and been astonished at how successful they are. Latest sale would not have been completed without the stalwart work of Vicky, due to extremely slow service from buyer's solicitor. very easy to recommend Jane and her team.

Pattinsons auction was not to be faulted. The live auction had me kept up to date through phonecalls and made everything easy. Especially when agreed to close the auction early on my property.But DO NOT USE their solicitors Bridgeview Law. This isnt really against pattinsons as so I've been told they are under review by them. But get your own solicitor and the process will be completed as easy as ever.

From the moment we made contact with the Houghton branch they were fantastic. Dan kindly valued our property a good 3-4 months prior to us actually going on the market. After the valuation there was no pressure to use them & 3 months later we made contact again to finally put our house on the market, which was a very quick and simple process. During the pictures we had some additional requests to remove wall art from the published pictures, which again was never to much to ask from Dan who was extremely friendly and professional throughout. Sue, the manager of the branch was also extremely helpful when we spoke to her. Overall a great customer experience and would certainly recommend to anyone in the local area of Houghton to use. Thank you team Pattisons!

Everyone at the Forest Hall branch has been helpful and efficient in securing a sale for the property. They have kept us updated throughout the process. What I found particularly good was they gave us a valuation for probate the previous year and didn't push with a hard sell when we decided to hold on to the property. This ensured we were happy to go back to them when we did decide to market the property. Would be happy to recommend this branch.

Every time I called for an update they were eager to help and very forthcoming, putting me at ease. I have been searching for properties on this website for so long yet everytime I every time i try to book an appointment the staff is always so rude and they always tell you that the property's not on the market anymore then why do you still have it up on the website? They also seem to be quite prejudiced by prefering white families over asian families. Over all I'm very disappointed.
