From the start of the selling process Ian Robson was excellent. He put us at ease with his professionalism taking beautiful photographs and videos. He was one of four valuations and my family and I quickly realised we could trust his knowledge and understanding. Within days viewings were being booked in, followed by numerous offers. Ian, Lyndsay Greenwell, Sharon Cummings and Jodi Gooch were in close contact throughout, offering advice and help. Their support was excellent throughout and we had total confidence in everything they did for us. A brilliant team and Lyndsay in particular, with her excellent communication skills, kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you from myself and the family for your support throughout.

Well what can I say!!

Well what can I say!!! From the minute I spoke to Lyndsay Greenwell at the Whickham office I knew the sale of my house was in good hands. I rang on the Tuesday evening and Ian came out next door and took photos and did a video tour. He explained the process and away he went. Lyndsay took a key so they could do the viewings which was a huge help to me with work commitments etc. The house sold in just over a week with Lyndsay keeping in with the loop every step of the way with viewings and feedback. I really can't recommend Pattinsons and the Whickham office enough. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. Thank you so much for making our 1st selling experience so so easy.

Have tried to view a property through Patinsins for the past 5 weeks.The office staff never return calls or are capable of setting up a viewing.I have now read the reviews and they are so bad I will not be pursuing any property with this company. Far too unreliable and unprofessional.

Get anything important verbally conveyed in writing.

I am an experienced property investor. I understand buying property under auction conditions. I was told 'Everything you see in the pictures will remain in the property' by the Wallsend branch manager (Alia). Surprise surprise, first visit revealed many items were missing, including a TV. On being challenged Alia produced the most premeditated, 'didn't matter what I said you bought under auction conditions' response. It is obviously not the first time she has trotted out this line. Deceitful, slimy behaviour. Do not take anything verbally on face value. If they won't put it in writing, it is a lie.

Pattinson’s South Shields

I sold my property with Patterson’s South Shields in March 2020. This was a over the Christmas period when the offer was made and unfortunately on my side there was a few delays. However Paterson’s where very helpful with advice and resolving any problems. On completion we where entertaining the Coronavirus lockdown but Pattinson managed to handle the exchange very professional way and with the social distancing rules. I have been dealing with Keith Pattinson for many years and find them to be (without exaggeration) the best estate agents in the area. Ruth and Adam in the North Shields branch are so knowledgeable, professional and proactive whether you are selling, buying or renting they go above and beyond to get everything you need done and to completion. They are outstanding and I can say this as I have had negative experiences with other estate agents in the past. But only the very best service consistently here. I had been with another local estate agents prior to Pattinsons for 8 months and couldn’t get my property even viewed frequently let alone let out.After deciding to go with Pattinsons one week ago Ruth has already found a tenant! We recently completed on a house sold through Pattinson's in Whickham. Lyndsay Greenwell was the main person dealing with the transaction, although we did have dealings with others on her team as well. Without exception, they were all absolutely fantastic; friendly, polite, professional, good at calming nerves where required, and managing expectations to help make the notoriously stressful experience of moving house that little bit easier! Lyndsay in particular is extremely proactive and on the ball. Her response times were very quick, and she was particularly good at speeding up the lines of communication between us, the vendor and the different sets of solicitors, something that can be slow with so many different parties involved.We have no plans to move again anytime soon, but if and when we do, we'll definitely be using Pattinson's.
