FacebookI used Micheal Hodgson to sell my property as he was highly recommended to me by a number of people. Micheal and his staff were very responsive, professional and brilliant with keeping me and my partner updated with the sale of my house. My house sold in 5 days - which is absoutley amazing and through the full time of my sale they kept me up to date with information of my buyer regularly. Would defo recommend this company.

FacebookI have been in contact with this company for the last ten days trying to sort out a flat. I am out of the country and was emailed saying that I could book a flat but was taking a risk by booking it before I saw it. For me this wasn’t a problem and I wanted to go ahead and book it. While dealing with them, I had many questions, which is normal when booking a new place to live, but the staff just seemed to find this annoying and became more and more rude towards me. Since they sent the email saying I could book it, they are now saying it is company policy that I MUST see the flat before booking it. This is not what they told me before and they have now caused me a lot of trouble by doing this. I was also told that it would be best if I could send a friend to go and see the flat for me before booking it and I finally arranged this today, but then they have said that this isn’t possible, despite the fact that they told me to do it. Especially today they are rude and souend smug and sarcastic when talking to me. I also keep being switched to different agents to talk to and then they complained that I’ve spoken to most of the office, even though it’s only been two people. This has caused me so much trouble and I feel completely stressed out because of it.Now I have to wait till I'm back in Sunderland to view a flat before moving in, but only if they're still available. If a manager want to cantact me and help me sort this problem out please contact me.

I have an email saying I can book the flat by taking a risk and everything was fine if I pay the 200£. I won't keep going this,but if a manager or someone who is willing to listen and understand the problem can contact me anytime.
