GoogleWe had such a positive experience buying our first home with the help of Sue at GoodLife. The whole process was smooth, which allowed us to complete on our house quickly! Sue gave us recommendations for a surveyor and other companies for any quotes needed. We would definitely recommend!

GoogleCheap in all ways!!..Staff lack skills and poor communication. Other people views/feedback below are in line with mine....stay away from it both Landlord and tenants...unless you want to loose money! Owner of the business clearly either haven't got no clue of the issues or have no intention of do anything as he hasn't taken any of the commments onboard provided below......at the end of the day the staff is as good/bad as their leader!

Hi Smam, I can assure you that as a successful local business itβs very important to me to listen very carefully to the views of the people we interact with but itβs not always possible to tell them what they want to hear. An agent/landlord/tenant relationship is governed by legal agreements and statutory law. In the cases of deposits, or returns of deposits, these are determined by an independent protection scheme and is administered in a fair and transparent manner by the scheme (the scheme we use is The Deposit Protection Scheme - a national authorised scheme). Please remember that as an agent of the landlord we are acting FOR the landlord and for the protection of his/her property. Thankfully the great majority of our tenancies (and we manage hundreds) go very smoothly with mutual respect shown by tenants and landlords to ensure a satisfactory tenancy experience for everyone. I make no apology, however, that on the very rare occasions when tenants leave properties unclean, damaged or with rubbish remaining, we will take action on behalf of the landlord and in keeping with due legal process, to recover monies from the deposit to compensate the landlord and also to ensure the property is tidy and clean ready for the next occupant. GoogleBeen calling Good life office many times, when I did get through 2 weeks ago, very unprofessional customer service, laughing in the office background, could answer any quires said they would call me back over 2 weeks ago, still no return call, all we want is a copy of our Tenancy agreement, very poor

GoogleCalled up on a Monday to organise a viewing. Was told they'd call back as they had to schedule viewings with the seller. Didn't hear anything for two days. Called again to chase up, only to be told they'd get back to me asap. The following Monday I called again. Apparently an offer was accepted. coincidentally last Monday, when I tried to originally organise the viewing. Absolute joke of agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
