Successful sale with Knightsbridge

The sale of our business took nearly twelve months and for three quarters of this time we were very fortunate to have the support, help and advice of Helen Bainbridge.We did try to get support from other members of staff and, while they were young and enthusiastic, they did not give us answers to the questions we posed. Although Helen works part-time, we were not happy to deal with anyone else. She answered our questions, gave us reassurance and had the skill and maturity of someone who has run a business herself to deliver the highest quality of service. When asked to check the final legal bill she identified we had been overcharged by £900.00 and immediately had the invoice reissued with the correct amount - fantastic!

I selected Knightsbridge to sell my small business based on a very positive initial zoom call and very professional but engaging follow top with Daniel. To date I have been impressed with the professionalism and the amount of information I have received. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that my business is located in Scotland, where the legislation/processes are slightly different to those in England and there have been a couple of instances where I have received info/links that are not applicable/appropriate to sales in Scotland. This is a pity, but I am hopeful that the ongoing relationship is successful and we achieve a successful sale.

We was new to selling a business so.we got knights bridge out to value our business and property .When they come out lots promises made and nothing happend. The young man that visted us said ohh ul be sold within 3 month then to find out he left the company after me asking where he was .Yes I used to ring for updates a lot and more then i probley should have but it was my business and property they was selling they made me feel like i was being a pest.They was more then happy to take our 900 pound yes they did the adversting but not one person interested in a whole 12 month.yes we have been a pandemic but who ever i spoke to said they were still lots business still selling.So we have taken our business from the market.We didn't enjoy our experience with Knights bridge at all.
