Oliver, from Property Explorers, was recommended to me by a close friend. He promptly returned my call, and came to my home to propose his plan for selling the house. I also interviewed another reputable agent, the previous day. I liked Oliver’s energy and enthusiasm, on the prospect of selling for us. I agreed and signed his very simple and reasonable contract and terms. The service was concise and thorough. From the day I signed, there was a quick and beautiful photography session and went online in a couple of days. There were two or three other agents that that took over, and after Rachel on the open house, and Danny’s buyer negotiations, I got a very good offer. Kevin then finalized the entire process, which was slightly longer than I expected (due to chain), but still shorter than most sales. The communication was excellent, from start to finish. I recommended Ollie to close friends, also selling in my area, and they also sold quickly and were very happy with their results. For me, I needed someone with great follow-through and follow-up, and Property Explorers, were exactly that, for me. I would use them in future, if I needed expert agents for my next home sale or purchase. I highly recommend them.

A big thank you to Danny and Kevin at the Basingstoke branch - we had what started out as quite a stressful house sale, with the loss of a buyer, but Danny was so supportive and worked so hard to secure us a second buyer very quickly. Both Danny and Kev have been so patient and always quick to respond to any enquiries we've had. From start to finish, they've been positive, patient and helpful and we would not hesitate to use them for any future house moves! Really great service from The Property Explorer. House sold quickly for asking price. Kev helped us every step of the way including putting in calls to the estate agent we were dealing with to buy when things weren't moving along as quickly as we hoped. We were first time sellers but Kev went above and beyond what I was expecting when appointing an estate agent. In response to the review left by fredsimon123 i would like to add that his review is completely wrongful and incorrect. The team at property explorer, kevin cheeseman in particular, bend over backwards to help with sales and purchasing of properties. The property he is relating to was my parents property and i would like to add has now been sold successfully, had surveys done before the sale completion and none of which have highlighted such issues. Here is a prime example of someone who was hoping to bag themself a bargain but came unstuck because kevin refused to pander to him as did my parents. Im very glad to hear he has now found a property but in all honesty if its that fantastic why decide now this late to leave such a damning review for someone who is trying to help people to move on and sell or buy a property, (especially in the current climate) i find this to be very sad indeed. So to close dont believe all you read and if i or anyone was ever to want to buy or sell in the future i would not hesitate to use kevin or any of his team at the property explorer.

Today we have completed the exchange of contracts stage !! 7 weeks ago I was discussing with The Property Explorer agent( Danny:) about putting an offer on the property and now we will have the dream house...OURS!! We have been lucky with great sellers, but most of all with a great team that The Property Explorer helped us to build! We came with no broker advisor, no solicitors in place, nothing! Just the interest to buy the property! They offered us free mortgage advisor that provided us the best information in order to take the decision that suits our needs, they also offered us support in finding the solicitors we wanted( nothing imposed, we were free to choose who we want or from the quotes provided for our guidance) The solicitors we choose are locally and I think that was the best decision as we got that trust straight away especially that we meet them, seen their offices and nothing felt weird.
