FacebookI have been with Clan Gordon for more than 3 years and have nothing negative to say about them, only good things. Since the beginning the applying process for a new tenancy is quick and smooth. They have regular checks to keep everything going smooth between tenants and landlords. Any question/problem is quickly answered and resolved.

GoogleClangordon have managed 4 properties for me over the last 2 years and I can thoroughly recommend them. Highly professional service but I have also found them to be friendly and with a very good personal touch when things need to be done and always very communicative and full of good advice. There charges are reasonable and you get great service. What more could you ask for? Also my flats have always been rented out very quickly.

GoogleGreat service throughout the entire process of viewing, applying for property and moving in. Quick e-mail response and always friendly and helpful. I have been in touch with Kim most, and she's been fantastic with any questions I had. We had a problem with the bathroom when we moved in and within a week we had a plumber who fixed the entire thing. One of the best experiences I've had with a letting agent in Edinburgh!

Having been let down by another letting agent, I was worried that I wouldn't get someone into the flat on the date I had intended but the turnaround time was exceptional and tenants moved in without a problem and I feel I can trust Clan Gordon to manage the letting and I can forget all about it. GoogleFrom the very start when viewing the flat, the staff were friendly and on hand to answer any questions when we needed them. They were always in constant communication when we were arranging to move, which was one less thing to worry about, they were very efficient and turned round everything very quickly meaning we were able to move in quickly. So far everything has been perfect and i couldn't recommend them highly enough

GoogleClan Gordon are the best letting agents in Edinburgh. I have had a lot of very negative experiences with other letting agents but have no complaints at all about Clan Gordon. They are extremely helpful, get back to you quickly and any problems are sorted within 24 hours. If you are looking for a flat or to rent out your flat you should not hesitate in giving Clan Gordon a call.

GoogleFrom the start my experience with Clan Gordon has been very professional and entirely stress free. The flat was in excellent condition when we moved in, and every repair or issue we have had with the flat has been dealt with immediately. I have rented from several different letting agents and this has been by far my most positive experience to date. Really friendly helpful staff- I couldn't recommend more highly!

GoogleAs a landlord, for me the sign of a good letting agent is one you hardly ever hear from. That's the way it is with Clan Gordon. They only contact me with the things I need to know about - notification of a smooth transition to a new tenant or essential flat maintenance and, of course, the rental statement at the end of each month.
