GoogleGot a big dent in the deposit from these folk. I emailed them about one of the things that was broken when I moved in and emailed them with the email trail. They just stopped responding. Go to a backpackers or be homeless just don't go there.
Hi Hussam Sorry to hear that you were not happy with your deposit refund. As you were part of a joint tenancy, you were (along with your flatmate) jointly and severally liable for the cost of any damage that occurred during the tenancy. The deposit deductions were agreed by your flatmate; we would recommend speaking to your flatmate if you feel that the damage was caused before you joined the tenancy. Please phone our office on 0131 555 4444 if you would like to discuss this further.

GoogleClan Gordon’s service is extremely professional. They go the extra mile on property management ensuring that all regulations are adhered to, that potential tenants are properly veted, properties are well maintained and are great at liasing with third parties such as factors. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleAn absolutely terrible letting agency which suffers from a lack of coherency in their office and is infested with incompetent staff members throughout with ED PAINE being the star of the show!! It is a real pity that ED PAINE is the Director Of Lettings in this dire establishment and I feel it should be a cause for concern for them. I however, can speak very well of Kim Craven as she seemed to be the only person that spoke with sense and care when dealing with me directly when we finalized our tenancy in December. The rest didn't care and it was evident that the tenant is not a person living in a home, yet nothing but a number which provides income for their business. I would obviously not recommend this miserable, substandard and amoral operation that is called Clan Gordon

GoogleI have been renting my house out through Clan Gordon for over a year. They provide an excellent service in terms of finding a tenant, carrying out regular inspections and managing any repairs. They are very professional and maintain good communications with myself as the owner.

GoogleExcellent service when the boiler broke down in my rental flat. Clan Gordon's Tenant Service team responded within the hour of office opening the next day, and had an engineer onsite same day. Replacement parts were required which took all of under 24 hours to be ordered, with same engineer returning to flat immediately. Therefore my heating was up & running within 2 days of problem being reported; fastest response and repair job of this sort I've experienced from my years as a tenant. Very impressive, with regular email/text comms from the team throughout so that I was aware of the job's progress. Thanks very much to the team and to their heating engineer contractor.

It sounds like a cliche, but it's their people who really set them apart - a friendly and enthusiastic team who enjoy working together, who take the time to build great relationships with their clients, and who work their socks off to get the best results for landlords and tenants alike.
