My wife and I rented a property through Clan Gordon for two years and we were delighted with the service they provided us from start to finish. Initial viewing: Clan Gordon's negotiator was very accommodating in waiting for me to arrive for the appointment. This negotiator was very friendly and knowledgeable. Tenancy: The management side of Clan Gordon functioned like a well oiled machine. With Ed/Kim dealing with our issues very quickly. It was a shame that our new flat wasn't let to us by Clan Gordon, as they are by far the best Agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Scotland. This is possibly because they are more than run of the mill estate agents. Thank you Clan Gordon!

By far the friendliest and most helpful letting agent in Edinburgh. We moved into a newly renovated property and were warned there might be a few odds and ends needing fixed - so we were given a direct number to a member of staff instead of a standard line. When we did need a few little things done - nothing major at all - someone would come either that day or the next and fix it for no charge. Absolutely brilliant service and as cheesy as it sounds, it's done with a genuine smile - which does make a difference. I really can't praise them enough!

Having rented for nearly 10 year in both Aberdeen and Edinburgh I found most lettings companies to be a bit of a minefield in terms of fees, charges and deposit deductions. Most of the firms I dealt with were the larger and supposedly more 'professional' firms that your run of the mill smaller firms. It is safe to say that this is not the case. I of course like a tenant did 'expect more' from my letting agent, however was disappointed and let down on many an occasion. Clan Gordon were quick my make me realise that there are some good agents out there. They were professional, friendly and most importantly honest throughout my entire time with them. They even talked me through how to get all my deposit back at the end of my stay. Truly outstanding stuff from the team there. Would recommend them to anyone either looking to rent or to rent out their own property.

As a tenant I'd never had great experiences with any Letting Agent until Clan Gordon. Every single staff member I've spoken to (via phone, eamil or in person) has been incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. They deal with queries very quickly and keep you updated. Of the few maintenance issues I've reported via their online tool I had acknowledgement on the same day and the issues dealt with quickly. When signing up for a property they were very clear about everything. I would reccomend Clan Gordon to anyone - without a doubt the best Letting Agent in Edinburgh. They are an absolutle delight to be with and are always friendly.

All communication with Clan Gordon has been excellent so far in the two months leading up to moving into our flat and the past month and a half of living in it: staff are really friendly, and very prompt with sorting out issues. The only feedback I would give Clan Gordon to help a smoother move in process is to give tenants 2 sets of keys when moving into a new property as the set of keys my partner was given wouldn't work in the lock which delayed the move a wee bit. A member of staff was really quick in resolving the issue but it would be helpful if, when two people are moving into a flat, they are given two sets of keys. I have recently become a tenant of a flat let by Clan Gordon and I have been incredibly impressed by the truly professional, high quality and person-centred service they provide. Every member of staff I dealt with, from the agent showing me the property to the administrator who helped me complete the paperwork were incredibly polite and couldn't be more helpful. It felt like they made every attempt to take the stress and difficulties out of the letting process for me and were always available to answer my questions. I can honestly say I have never had a moving/letting experience like this. It is clear that the team who work there not only enjoy what they do, but are incredibly passionate about creating the best possible experience for their clients and tenants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this organisation to others letting out their property.

Clan Gordon provide a really excellent agent service - after going through a few different agents, I can say that they are the best I have dealt with, I no longer live in Edinburgh so it is very important for me to know that my agents are competent, honest and avlue for money. CG recently managed some repair and refurb work on my flat and it was carried out to a really high standard. Overall I am very happy with their service - it does cost! But all agents will cost money but not all provide the right service.

I recently moved to Edinburgh and had to rent a flat. Unfortunately for me,it was during and shortly after the festival fringe. Most agents did not bother with me, ranging from simply rude to just totally unprofessional. Clan Gordon were polite and very professional. They would reply my e-mails within minutes and made my moving in a breeze. As soon as my offer was accepted they processed my application and got me in the flat within 3 days which was amazing. Clan Gordon is an oasis of professionalism and as a tenant, I am glad I rented through them.

We have been renting through Clan Gordon for over 2 years and they have been fantastic. The whole experience of looking for flats and then renting through them was smooth and professional. They worked with our logistical issues, of travelling up from London. They inspect the property every few months, and are quick to resolve issues, using trustworthy maintenance contractors to complete the work. Our exit from renting with Clan Gordon was also far from stressful. It is clear that Clan Gordon look after their tenants, as we have a couple of friends also renting through this letting agent, and that they also look after the owner of the property's asset well. Clan Gordon is great for both tenants and landlords, and I have personally recommended them to my friends and colleagues.

My previous agents were very poor. The staff turnover was very high and nobody got anything done despite repeated requests from the tenant and myself. The only thing they were good at was taking my money! At the beginning of this year I finally decided to change and chose Clan Gordon. I'm very pleased I did. They have been friendly, efficient and very professional. They managed the transfer process entirely and it was trouble free. Since then I have had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend Clan Gordon to any landlord. I have 2 properties in Edinburgh and had previously been with another letting agent whose service was very poor in comparison. With the previous agency, I found that I never spoke to the same person twice and I really did not feel they had my best interests in mind. I moved to Clan Gordon a couple of years ago and it was a great decision. I really feel they manage the properties as if they were their own, making sure they are filled with good tenants and finding the best options for any maintenance work that is required. I always speak to the same people when I call and they know the status of my properties and are always on top of any issues that have come up. Very friendly, efficient and professional service.
