GoogleOne week ago I called William H Brown to book a viewing for a house. I spoke with Dan who not only booked the viewing but managed to get me booked in for an appointment with the mortgage advisor the same day. Within this one week period Dan and Tom have both managed to help me get further viewings, an offer accepted and start all the necessary paperwork. They're both fantastic and so accommodating. Couldn't be happier that they're the ones helping me through this process!

GoogleI have had a great experience so far with William H Brown. I have dealt with trainee negotiator Daniel Mumford who has always been very quick to respond to queries and very pleasant to deal with. I’m sure he has a bright future with the team. I have also found Tom very helpful and professional to deal with and although we didn’t use his services this was down to timing and circumstance and existing arrangements. We are still in the middle of the process of course but they have my confidence as we progress.

GoogleHaving just rented a property through William H Brown Sudbury I can’t recommend them enough. Lois and Ellie in the rental team were amazing. They were so approachable, friendly and professional making the whole experience simple and pain free. I was kept up to date the whole way through the process and both of them were more then happy to answer any questions I had. A nice little welcome pack from them both when I picked up the keys was a bonus as well. Highly recommend. Thank you both.

Excellent service again from W H Brown, with outstanding communication, making buying through them so easy. Lisa Dove makes the tasks so easy with weekly updates unlike other Estate agents which you have to keep chasing. So good at her job and credit to herself, take out the stress of buying and selling. This is second property through W H Brown which Chloe Thomas sold to our family, always polite and great credit with way she presents the viewing properties keeping us up to date, so much so that my son has now brought through W H Brown as we wouldn't dream of using another Estate Agent in Sudbury area. Thanks again to everybody at W H Brown but especially to Lisa and Chloe, keep up the terrific work ladies.

I'd spoken with Lauren a few times before, and always found her to be friendly, courteous, and keen to assist with our property search.
