I’ve moved around a lot over the years and this was proving to be the most stressful one to date.. but honestly, I can’t thank Lois enough she went above and beyond.. She made everything so much easier. And without being too dramatic, kind of saved mine and my 2 children’s Christmas! My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Nicole and Lois at William H. Brown in Sudbury to find our first rental property. Initially, we visited the office to inquire about a specific property we had seen online, but it wasn’t available for viewing. Lois stepped in and suggested an alternative property nearby, which turned out to be even better. She was incredibly accommodating, offering to take us to a viewing on the spot, and her initiative really impressed us. The process from there was smooth and straightforward. We submitted our offer, went through referencing, and had everything finalized quickly with excellent communication throughout. As a young person with a young family, Lois has been fantastic in catering to our needs. I’ve recently rented a property through William H Brown in Sudbury, and the service I’ve received has been flawless. I’ve mostly worked with Lois - who I’ve found to be very professional, friendly and kind. The circumstances of my move were quite delicate, and Lois did everything possible to ensure I was matched with a property asap. She answered all of my questions quickly, and went above and beyond to help me. I also briefly worked with Elliot towards the end of my journey, as Lois kindly organised this as knew she would be on annual leave during the days leading up to my move. Elliot was also very friendly and professional. When going in-branch, everyone is welcoming and chatty, it’s a lovely, warm environment. The first place wasn't to our taste but she quickly found the perfect place and all communication was clear and brief (not loads of waffle which can get very annoying).
