Very knowledgeable and polite and with trying to move family up, to Sudbury area, we always look to W H Brown first, as we know with knowledge and service we will not be let down. Chloe in sale is brilliant and always goes out of her way to assist us, very polite and focus on her job, Lauren is very good with plenty of experience and knowledge. After sale received from Lisa Dove is fantastic with weekly calls giving updates unlike other Estate Agents who you have to keep chasing. We would always recommend W H Brown to friends and family.

So I phoned William H Brown on Friday at 2pm asking to view at 5 which they accommodated straight away. We were shown around the property by a trainee Ebony who was so professional, personable and knowledgable. We placed an offer on Tuesday and negotiated this, throughout this process (Thomas was very transparent and kept us up to date with no delay.) offer accepted by 4pm and emails received with instructions on identification the same hour - absolutely blown away by this service - very different to previous experiences with other estate agents. The Sudbury branch for Lettings was a great experience for us. We dealt with Ellie and Lois and they were both great throughout. Lois showed us around the property and gave me all the answers I needed to my queries. They kept me very up to date throughout the viewing and application process. After a handful of applications, we were picked and the girls were great throughout, helping us with any paperwork, with deposits, etc. On moving day, they provided us with a lovely new home gift, which is a really nice, thoughtful touch! Getting the deposit and advanced rent paid on moving day was quick and easy too. Both girls answered emails and phone calls swiftly, if they were on another line, they would always call me back as soon as they were free. The only thing I would say, is that the week while we were waiting to get our keys, we didn’t hear much from the office. I had to chase up as to why we hadn’t heard anything, which I then found out the day before we got our keys, they hadn’t had a reference through that they needed to finalise with the landlord and get the contracts signed. So we only had 12 hours to get this sorted, otherwise moving day would’ve been pushed back, which wouldn’t have been good, especially with a days work already being booked off, and a moving van booked. Lois was on annual leave this week so it was Ellie on her own, so I understood completely as to why it may not have been chased up initially, as she would have been busy with all lettings negotiations, but it would have been helpful to be informed earlier in the week to get this sorted, so we could have avoided all the stress and got the contract signed quicker, avoiding all the panic that happened. Other than that, the girls were great and made sure we settled into our new home safely and comfortably. Would recommend William H Brown and Ellie and Lois to other renters looking for a new home.

Morgen couldn't do enough to try and help, even contacting me on her days off and really going above and beyond to offer great customer service.
