GoogleAfter an initial hiatus, Shona at Strike worked hard for me to try and ensure a smooth transaction. I would, however, recommend that prospective buyers and purchasers communicate only through solicitors regarding ongoing queries about the property. Strike offer a comms portal so that sellers and buyers can communicate directly, but questions answered here have no legal follow through, and so I would advise against using it. This (and initial hold-ups) are why I only gave 4 stars.
