If I could give no stars I would they did not keep us up dated at all the only person that gave us any information. Was Becky but only if I chased her she left., Olivia took over, didn’t Introduce herself as taking over. We were just told . really didn’t keep any of our chain updated unless we. Chased her . Half the time didn’t know what was going on. When she did update any one she told different parties. In the chain different things. .Actually told me she had called and left a message on my phone , when I don’t have a message answering service. Our property had a service charge as it was a new property we were not told about it you would of thought as a estate agent they would of known about the service charge. Are they trying to say they’ve never sold a new property. Before to be honest they were pretty useless and unprofessional I know they are going to give a reply to differ my review. But ask the rest of our chain

We recently sold our house through ByChoice in Sudbury; we have moved several times, and have never before had such a first class, attentive and professional service from an estate agent. We were visted by Ted Leggett, who had carefully researched the area and the current property prices. He gave us advice as to the best figure at which to advertise our house, and told us that we might well receive offers above this. He was absolutely spot on - we sold our house within days, for a figure higher than advertised. Macey and Olivia visited our home prior to viewing, and familiarised themselves with the property, ensuring that they could answer all questions from the potential buyers. They conducted the viewings themselves - so much less stressful - and we can honestly say we could not fault the service offered. We were advised daily of the situation regarding our sale. All members of the agency staff were both efficient and professional. We highly recommend them.

Would give no stars seeing as they left us with no heating for 8 months and no hot water for 4months very un professional company that obviously employ narrow minded selfish people how do you sleep at night, there very happy to breach the data protection act also Greatful for your attempted redemption below, emailed you no contact back in 7 days. Obviously the punctuality with in your staff is reflected. AVOID renting from Bychoice. We moved into a property where the inventory said the property was professionally cleaned throughout. But it was not. See photos attached. The property was filthy. It was agreed with the agent that we would do our final clean at the point of moving in, so that the property was bought up to an acceptable standard. When we moved out, they said a final clean was needed and held our deposit and have threatened to deduct sums for things like weed removal (see photos of when we moved in) oven clean and shower heads.... Becky at bychoice even referred to a front garden, which the property doesnt have, I had to get this confirmed by the landlord, via the agent, but she isnt even aware of the situation or how the property was left when we moved in.
