We have just completed on our house today and Olivia has been incredible with giving updates, checking in and answering any questions we have had. Both of her recommendations for our solicitors and mortgage advisor have been excellent and therefore have made it so that this whole process from start to finish has been 7 weeks. We’ve also spoken with Amelia too if Olivia hasn’t been available and once again she has been excellent in assisting us in answering any questions or queries we have had. Obviously, when a purchase/sale goes through and completes, one feels elated and inclined to give a glowing review! However, a glowing review is justified here. The Sudbury branch of By Choice were great throughout a long process, which included my buyer pulling out, resulting in my potential purchase also failing. Amelia at By Choice was great though - very good at breaking bad news! However, it all came good in the end, and I got the house back when the new purchasers couldn't proceed! By Choice was effective, efficient and proactive. They kept me informed promptly throughout the whole process. I am happy to recommend them.

Bychoice were an extremely helpful partner in our property purchase journey. There were particularly challenging aspects to our property which involved quite complex legal and financial detail - sometimes proving quite opaque - but both Olivia and Ted were not only very responsive and always quick to call back if not available, but also very proactive in helping us to reach resolution on outstanding issues. Bychoice were fantastic in the sale of our property. We had Ted out to take photos on the Monday, it was on the market Tuesday, first viewing Wednesday, second viewing Thursday and an asking price offer on the Friday. Our neighbours were selling a very similar (almost identical) house with an alternative agent and had been on the market for almost 2 months before we went on the market. Really shows that choosing a great agent that knows how to correctly price their properties is a must! Becky was always on hand to help with Sales Progression, and when we hit a bit of an unexpected bump in the road just before exchange she did her absolute best to update us on what was happening throughout the chain. Think I might have gone a little mad if it wasn't for her help! The whole team are friendly and always available if needed. A huge thank you from us for all of your help Bychoice!

I honestly haven't dealt with a more unprofessional team than these at Sudbury by choice. We bought a property from them and had nothing but issue after issue. Granted not caused by them however their response to these issues was nothing short of childish. Olivia was rude to both us, our estate agents (refusing to communicate with them) and our solicitor. They were quick to blame us or our solicitor however after this process FINALLY ended we found out it was the Sellers solicitor being stubborn that caused issues. We were harassed to no end by them asking us to chase things we shouldn't. Yet we are still waiting for them to deal with an issue regarding property left here by the previous owner! I would honestly advise anyone that asks to AVIOD THIS ESTATE AGENT at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear sir madam we together both laura and I have been involved in the most stressful move possible including a guy pulling out days before a previous attempt to complete which gave us only days to find an alternative property everybody along this arduous road including our own representation has been incredibly poor until the point we met Olivia. At this point I must hasten to add I was at boiling point we were given poor service from day one from everybody involved in this episode other than Olivia she was so incredibly tolerant in meeting me mr john card lauras partner you can't imagine how annoyed I was and how upset Laura was and this landed unfortunately at the feet of Olivia I can not apologise enough for my first meetings that said Olivia not only dealt with me she had a fantastic professionalism about her for such a young lady she has gone above and beyond her remit so much my own solicitor said he would love to poach her for his team and that she has done most of the work for everyone else she has been a breath of fresh air and im left happier everytime inhear her voice this lady is destined for great things beleive me and I hope this finds you in a position to appreciate her as a great asset. Up until March 2022, my wife and I had been tenants at a couple of properties let by ByChoice in Sudbury. We had initially moved into our first rental property the area under a different letting agent and, when we our property was transferred over to ByChoice, we were a little apprehensive as we had bad experiences with this kind of transfer before. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the service ByChoice provided. Whenever we had an issue with one of our properties (which was rare) or a query, the team at ByChoice in Sudbury were always quick to respond, very helpful, professional, and friendly. The 2 properties we lived in were of great quality and suited our needs of having a growing family. Had we not had the opportunity to get on the property ladder through the HTB scheme on a new-build property, my wife, son, and I would have lived at our last property with them indefinitely. When we did notify them of our intention to buy and move out, they were very receptive, understanding, and flexible with our situation. I would highly recommend ByChoice to anybody looking to rent in the Sudbury area.
