Thank you Craig, We always appreciate constructive criticism but in this case we struggle. Your request came through to view the same day. We spoke to you and explained the owner could not accept viewings that same day either with us or without. You then requested Sunday and again, we agreed to carry out the viewing but the owner had already made plans. Not sure where else we could go to help with this one. I wish you all the best.

GoogleBychoice were able to sell my Mum’s house in good time but what was really impressive was how helpful the staff were, sorting out so much stuff for me. This was particularly great as I don’t live near and it was wonderful to have “a man (woman, actually) on the scene”. Great team!

GoogleI used ByChoice to sell my house, and they were also selling the house I was purchasing. We had Olivia from the Sudbury office as our agent and she was incredibly professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Overall fantastic service, will definitely be using ByChoice again, and Olivia if possible!

GoogleAbsolute joke of a company, have completely destroyed my Mums Garden by replacing our neighbours fence and refused to put it right, Terrible customer service and rude staff!!! I over heard the whole conversation on the phone, Phoebe especially was really rude!
Hi Ronnie. As I said before on your mother's previous 1 star review on the same issue. The issue is the fence was replaced like for like. The fence line was moved slightly due the the fence being in the wrong position in the first place. No damage was caused to her garden other than the fact your artificial grass was layed up to old fence line leaving a small gap. The tradesman replacing the fence did so in the presence of your mothers partner and he did not raise the issue. We have also explained the tradesman is on annual leave for a couple of weeks and we would arrange a meeting with him with your mother and partner on his return to try and resolve the issue, but only on the condition that the meeting is carried out in a calm manner as we all want the problem resolved I'm sure. I am struggling to understand what else we could do until the tradesman returns. I do understand the frustration but as explained we do need to work in a calm manner to reach a conclusion. I hope this full explanation helps you to understand. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to explain it on here fully.

GoogleI found the service shocking. A landlord had agreed to let a property to my son and they continued to conduct viewings. No holding deposit scheme so the agent encouraged other offers. My son lost the property.

We are also registered with all three deposit schemes as well as the association of residential lettings agents assuring you of the highest quality of service for both you and the landlord. I do hope your son finds a property and wish you both all the best.

GoogleWorst agents ever. Do not deal with these utter charlatans, rude, dishonest and totally detached from any duty of care. Numerous references, employment checks, deposit taken, tenancy agreement sent via email, and then sorry, we're renting it to someone else!! And couldn't have cared less. Avoid like the plague!!

I am sorry to hear about your situation which I cannot speak about directly on review sites however the situation is taken completely out of our hands and the landlord has decided not to let the property to anyone and it certainly isn't the case that someone else is letting the property. These situations are never nice however we have to work under instructions from our client, the landlord. We would be happy to help you find another property should you wish.
