As a client, being kept informed, and knowing your property matters is an absolute game changer and adds enormously to client confidence. Fine and Country are superb and value their customers. Helen Lees in particular is a consummate professional. Helen inspires faith and trust, and offers a fresh and friendly approach throughout. Her people skills are simply amazing. along with her outstanding expertise and knowledge. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, you believe in her ability and her determination to achieve your goal through a sale. I would highly recommend Fine and Country because they all deliver a first class professional service; they get the job done so well. They do what they say they will do. This is rare.

They never answer phone or get back to messages. have been trying to get appointment to view a property they have on rightmove but all you get is an answering service who sai they will pass message on. ive trie 3 different Fine an country offices severl times over 3 days.

Fine & Country (Diss branch) have been amazing from start to finish with our house purchase. We viewed a number of properties through them, taking our individual needs and requirements into consideration at every stage until we found the property we wanted. Tania was our initial contact who was fantastic throughout the beginning of the purchase process. Always happy to help and mediate between us and the vendor. Once the purchase was agreed we had the amazing help of Julie to get the sale over the line. It was quite a long and difficult process but Julie was outstanding and kept things on track when they could easily have gone wrong. Overall, a very professional and reliable estate agents who I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase in the area. Not all estate agents operate at this level! Just brilliant. Many thanks... a glass of wine will be available to both Tania and Julie should they wish to pop round once we've moved in.

Had an offer accepted on a property this company was acting for. Was told that the property was removed from the market and was asked not to continue with viewings we had booked. They then called the week after to say they had accepted another offer. Would advise people not to view any properties this company is acting for.

TrustpilotAsking price, strong follow up on process - what more could I ask for?
I have just exchanged on my four bedroom apartment in Chswick. The Chiswick branch on Turnham Green Terrace managed the sale process. My place is post-industrial and not really family orientated so I needed an agency who could bring non-trditional buyers. Within a couple of weeks and with strong interest I had an offer at the asking price and less than three months later we are heading to completion. Thoroughly disappointing experience with the Oxfordshire / Banbury branch although they claim to have an Banbury office we later found out they don’t. The staff selling our home were not based in Banbury but Warwickshire. They lost our house keys, pretended not to know about the missing set of keys when we asked for them back, the “gold package” marketing upfront fee 1,200 plus VAT has no breakdown the lack of transparency on cost is certainly something we should have considered when using this company and the geographical location of staff.

I have had a very poor experience with Jayson Maver whom I believe is from the Stourbridge/Kidderminster branch of this estate agent. Firstly, I did not hear anything from Jayson after viewing a property, which was very strange as usually estate agents follow up with you and are interested in your views of the property. Jayson did not follow up with me in any way. Secondly, Jayson ignored an email that I sent to him requesting a second viewing. It came across as though Jayson was reluctant to sell the property to me. I gave Jayson the benefit of the doubt and even called him to arrange a further viewing, to which he promised that he would get back to me immediately to confirm the viewing. I did not hear back from him again which is very unprofessional. I have never had an estate agent ignore communications for a viewing or appear so reluctant to sell a property. I can only conclude that Jayson's approach was due to some sort of discrimination and him not wanting to sell a property to a person of colour. This is not what you expect in this day and age, but I cannot think of any other reason for such a strange and unprofessional approach. I would avoid this estate agent in the future.

Our experience with the Beccles office was largely a very positive one.We had been looking for a house in this area for sometime,we had finished a day of viewings and my wife happened to see a house new to the market.She rang and left a message after office hours on the Saturday .Her call was quickly returned and a viewing arranged for that evening.We put an offer in there and then but the process went to best and final offers.Our offer was accepted and a second viewing arranged.Through out the process we were kept well informed and our questions answered in a full and prompt manner.There was a small wobble close to completion but this was down to the vendor not the agent.

When I called them to enquire about a property on the same day it was advertised I was told that it had already been sold off market. I wouldn't want to do business with this company given that practice.

The Diss office have acted for the vendors of the beautiful thatched cottage that we exchanged on yesterday. Sue has been a lifeline, answering every question and liaising with the vendors to sort out surveys, electrical checks and general questions. Once things were into the legal phase the ball was passed to Julie (after sales at Norwich) who is Lioness class!! The lengths that she went to in order to exchange on the date agreed was amazing, liaising with solicitors and agents from the bottom of the chain to the top. Everyone we spoke to at Fine & Country were friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommended!

The agent for the vendors of the house we bought was Fine & Country in Rugby. Sam Funnell showed us around the house and was clearly very knowledgeable about the property and the wishes of the vendor. During the process he checked regularly with us on how we were getting on with our sale and kept the vendors aware of the progress. Finally, when we arrived to move in, Sam was waiting for us with the keys. Although Fine & Country were not working for us, Sam was brilliant at every step of the way. A good friend who sold their house through him also had the same comments. We would thoroughly recommend Fine & Country - a very professional and well run set-up.

From the negotiation stage all the way through to completion, Claire kept us informed throughout. She kept up with our relentless questions, and helped to coordinate the sellers, lawyers, upper chain agents and tax advisers. Without doubt she is the main reason we managed to coordinate a completion which matched our earlier agreed sale date. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Claire Heritage professionalism and dedication to supporting us selling our home was faultless. Communication was swift and any queries we had responded too immediately, nothing was to much trouble for Claire to deal with if she didn't know the answer she would find out. Claire kept us informed and calm all the way through the selling and buying process. Claire advised us on the best way to market our home to get the maximum exposure and a victim of her own success as the response for viewing was incredible but Claire carried out the viewings with all prospective buyers.
