My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. Amazing and professional

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

Amazing Andrews!

The whole team at Andrews, Midsomer Norton have been amazing! Lisa-Marie first came to visit us in July 2023 to value our property, although we didn't market our house straight away, Lisa kept in contact with us on a regular basis, updating us on the local market. Her knowledge of the market and pure enthusiasm for her job made Andrews stand out from the others. We soon put our house up for sale and sold on the first viewing. Superb support from Isaac at Andrews, Reigate through a probate sale made all the more difficult with flooding after an offer was accepted. Isaac provided lots of hand holding and kept all parties informed of progress. What could have been disastrous for the sale was simply a delay of a month or so and hopefully the buyers now have an even better start to their new life together. Without Isaac's calm approach and upfront honesty, I'm not sure the sale would have been successful. Thanks Isaac and the team who showed around all the interested parties.

Isaac was extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our property, providing continuous communication and professionalism. We were selling a leasehold property on a development that posed numerous challenges achieving a sale due to common leasehold obligations such as ground rent and service charge. We had our set backs but Isaac was persistent and helpful, keeping us upbeat about the situation throughout.
