GoogleExtremely disappointing experience, think carefully before renting through this company!
The property was handed over in a poor condition, with an inaccurate inventory and rubbish left behind, including rose petals on the floor and even dildos under the bed. We refused to sign the inventory because it simply wasn't an accurate reflection of the property.
We then dealt with a serious silverfish infestation, which ultimately resulted in us having to dispose of over £5,000 worth of furniture and belongings.
The biggest frustration was the lack of communication when the tenancy ended. Our deposit wasn't dealt with within the stated timeframe, and we had to start the TDS process ourselves before we finally received a response. The proposed deductions then included charges for the landlord's own furniture to be removed and items that were already present when we moved in.
We have photographs, the original inventory and correspondence to support everything above.
I'd strongly recommend anyone renting through this company documents absolutely everything and keeps evidence of the property's condition from day one.
