GoogleSo happy I chose RMJ. There customer service is second to none and they can not do enough for you to make the process smooth. Harry who initially came out gave us all the information we needed and true honest figures, rather than dreams we had from others. To the house viewings ( thank you Callum) being taken care of and then to Tammy, Jade and G who can't do enough to help. Great service would definitely recommend and will use if I ever move again. Highly recommended.

GoogleMyself and my partner we first time buyers and we’re so nervous about buying our first house together. RMJ team we’re so patient, supportive, and accommodating to us. From the get go, Harrison was helpful helping us find our dream house. Tammy was great with correspondence and checking in with us. Michelle was phenomenal helping us with the steps needed the secure the sale and guide us through the process. GoogleI wouldn't recommend anyone else but the strood RM&J office for purchasing our first home From the get go they have been unbelievably efficient in getting us the property of our dreams and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Michelle and Tammy both were absolutely brilliant progressing the file for us as well as the helps from all the sales team. Efficient communication throughout and always flexible when we wanted to go back to the house for another viewing! From our first initial offer to completion it only took 8 weeks and the house is officially ours, you wouldn't get that anywhere else! Just want to thank Callum, Nancy, Reece, Jade, Tammy and Michelle once again. We couldn't be happier with our new home! Highly recommended!

FacebookWe were dreading selling our mum's house due to her going in to a nursing home, however Robinson Michael & Jackson, Strood made the whole process so easy and we felt reassured that they would do all they could to make it as stress free for us as possible. Even before the house was photographed and marketed, within a few days of the initial valuation, we had viewings booked in. With just a couple of viewings our mum's house was sold. TJ was amazing at getting the best price for us as possible and exceeded our expectations. We were kept updated of how things were progressing by Michelle and they even sorted out the solicitors for us which was perfect. Both my sister and I would most certainly recommend RM&J Strood to anyone wanting to sell. Well done to the whole team at Robinson Michael & Jackson, Strood and thank you for everything 🙏
