Although the difficult period of the lockdown, Josh, our state agent, allowed us to see the property, in compliance with all the safety guidelines for the covid-19. Generally good. Dropped a star as they let things slip after an offer was accepted on the property I was buying and they perhaps felt their work was done. Needed to be chased constantly in that respect. When the property I was selling actually received an offer they were very good. Before that when there was a shortage of interest in the property they seemed to forget I existed for a month.

Disappointed after asking for viewing on an investor property on Evesham road as a cash buyer to be told no slots available. Surely the object of an estate agent is to invite as many offers as possible to achieve the highest price. I was told they already had several viewings booked and told me I could make a ‘blind offer’.
Dear Mr Ainsworth, I am sorry we have been unable to accommodate your viewing at this time, but as explained on the phone, we unfortunately have limited ability to carry out viewings as the flats are tenanted, so we can only gain access with the tenants permission. All the tenants have agreed to a block viewing between a certain time, and that block viewing is full. We do have your details on a waiting list should we be able to gain access on another day. I am sorry again, but our hands are tied, as I'm sure you can understand.
