GoogleOnboarding process for new rental was good. Poor service levels for dealing with repairs. Waited 8 months for broken door panel to be replaced on outdoor sunroom and still waiting. No minor repairs felt with. Overall poor service leaves.

Indifferent to the condition of the property. Expensive. Unreasonable charges over dilpidations. Persistent intrusive inspections. Don't pay their contractors, and hence slow & shoddy work. Dishonest over inclusion of appliances. Best avoided.
